Here are flight booking instructions for attending the WDC-2025-USA:

Flight Booking Instructions:

1. Choose Your Departure City:

1. • Determine the airport you will be flying from. Consider nearby airports if needed for better fare or availability.

2. Visit a Flight Booking Website:

1. • Go to a flight booking website, such as Google Flights, Expedia, Kayak, Skyscanner, or the airline’s official site or our recommended travel consultant.

3. Enter Flight Details:

1. • Fill in the following information:
     • From: Your departure city or airport.
     • To: Washington D.C. area airports (Dulles International Airport – IAD, Reagan National Airport – DCA, or Baltimore/Washington International Airport – BWI).
     • Departure Date: Select your departure date based on when you want to arrive for the WDC-2025. If the event starts on July 3, 2025, consider departing on or before that date i.e. July 1.
     • Return Date: Select your return date, which may be July 7, 2025, or another date depending on your travel plans.
     • Passengers: Enter the number of travelers (adults, children, etc.).

4. Search for Flights:

1. • Click on the “Search” button to view available flights.

5. Compare Options:

1. • Review the list of flights, noting the prices, flight times, durations, layovers (if any), and airlines.
   • Use filters to narrow down your choices based on specific preferences (e.g., non-stop flights, lowest fares).

6. Select Your Flight:

1. • Choose a flight that suits your schedule and budget by clicking on the “Select” or “Book Now” button next to the desired flight.

7. Enter Passenger Information:

1. • Fill out the required passenger details, including names (as listed on passports), dates of birth, and contact information.

8. Choose Additional Options:

1. • You may have options to select seats, add checked baggage, or purchase travel insurance. Review these options and add them as desired.

9. Payment Information:

1. • Enter your payment details (credit or debit card information) to secure your flight.

10. Review and Confirm Your Reservation:

1. • Double-check all details, including flight times, passenger information, and payment.
   • Confirm your booking to finalize the purchase.

11. Receive Confirmation:

1. • After completing your booking, you should receive a confirmation email with your flight details. Keep this email for your records.
